  • With the help of the students/parents/guardians, an educational form DGCFEAxxxxxx for preliminary data record is filled out, together with the applicant's recent passport size photograph.
  • The inspection agent is then dispatched to the address specified on the application form to verify and confirm that the specifications and details stated in the application are correct, in accordance with the verification requirements.
  • Once confirmed, a Bona fide certificate is issued stating the details of the student and the pending fees. If necessary, the verification agent visits the school again to check up on the student's progress.
  • If the data is found to be conflicting or wrong, it is flagged orange and placed on 'hold' until the verification is done. If it is discovered that the information provided is fraudulent or fake. The case has been marked as red' and is being rejected.
  • Once the application has been verified as authentic, we begin collecting the essential government documentation for legal records.
  • If all collected documents, such as the recipient's government identity proof, residence proof, guardian's government identity proof, original cost estimator letter, and recent passport size photograph, are uploaded, together with case information and the application form.
  • To generate an individual case ID, all of these documents are uploaded.
  • Funding comes by using social platforms to reach out to interested donors.
  • Donations are mostly made via electronic banking such as NEFT, RTGS, or cash deposits and the like.
  • When the required amount specified by the school is collected, we notify our donors and issue another broadcast informing them that the collection for this Education case number xxx is complete.
  • Lastly, we attempt to set up a meeting with the school administrator in order to negotiate a discount, after which the agreed-upon price is paid.
  • All of our transactions are made via cheque from our official trust account, which is only in the name of the Educational Organisation
  • The investigation is now complete, and the case has been stored in our system.
  • We then share these payment receipts with our funders, along with any related confirmation documentation, to confirm that the requested help has been delivered and the case is ready to be closed.
  • The case has been closed and is now stored in our system.
