  • The Dr. Gaffar Charitable Foundation representative then collects the necessary government documents for legal recording.

To generate a unique case ID, all of these papers are uploaded.

When a medical emergency is not life threatening, regular procedures and standards are followed.

The applicant's recent passport size photograph is attached to a medical emergency form DGCFMAFxxxxxx for initial information record.

The verification agent is then sent to the address listed on the application form to verify and confirm the authenticity of the information provided.

Donations are mostly made via electronic banking such as NEFT, RTGS, or cash deposits and the like.
